This project has been taken to bring about women’s development and their socio-economic empowerment to function as a change agent in the society to improve on their own. Dhani believes that women’s lack of access to basic education and skill training poses significant constraints to their economic development

We strive to illuminate the lives of these down trodden women by giving them an opportunity to come on a platform where they can earn for their living by getting education and vocational training in Stitching, knitting, embroidery, Mehndi, and beautician course. Through this project these women have become aware and self-reliant and have started to organize Self Help Groups and are able to run these Self Help Groups efficiently and have started to contribute towards their family income.
The project envisages socio- economic transformation of the women from a status of unemployment and vulnerability to a product of employability or enterprise.
